AZ Corporate Legal Support is an independent private firm established in Amsterdam in 2021. It is founded and managed by Yulia Karpova who originally studied law at Moscow State Law Academy in Russia, lived and worked in Moscow as in-house lawyer in various international companies until she relocated to the Netherlands in 2009.
Yulia continued law studies at the University of Amsterdam and has an LL.M degree in European Private Law. She worked as head of compliance as well as business lawyer in financial services industry with multinational clients for more than 15 years. Her main focus is EU law, contract law and corporate law.
