AZ Corporate Legal Support was founded in Amsterdam in 2021 with a clear mission: to give international businesses practical, high‑quality legal and corporate support in the Netherlands. The founder and owner Yulia Karpova is an experienced legal professional with a truly international perspective and a strong track record of guiding multinational clients through complex legal landscapes. Yulia hold a law degree from Moscow State Law Academy. She began her career working as an in‑house lawyer for global companies in Moscow. After relocating to the Netherlands in 2009, she continued her legal education at the University of Amsterdam, earning an LL.M in European Private Law. With more than 16 years of experience in the financial services industry - serving as both head of compliance and business lawyer - Yulia brings deep expertise in corporate law, EU law and contract law.
